- Made-to-Order: Our apparel products are custom-made upon order placement through our production partners.
- Color Accuracy: We display product colors as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be perfectly accurate.
- Sizing: Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts before purchasing.
3. Modifications to Prices and Services
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates.
5. Fulfillment and Shipping Boundaries
Our products are printed and shipped via third-party fulfillment services (including Tapstitch). Expected shipping windows are estimates, not absolute guarantees. Delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or production bottlenecks are outside our direct control, though we will assist in resolving delivery disputes where possible.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges.
- Eligibility: Customers have 30 days from the date they receive their product to request a return or an exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue so we can fast-track a replacement.
