Thank you for shopping with MERCY MOTION! We work with a premium print-on-demand partner to create each item specifically for you when you order. This helps us reduce waste and offer custom quality.
1. Order Processing & Production Time
Because each item is made to order, your purchase must go through production before it ships.
- Production Time: 1 to 6 business days.
- Peak Seasons: Production may take slightly longer during holidays or high-demand periods.
2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Windows
Once your order leaves the facility, shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- United States Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.
- International Shipping: 9 to 25 business days (depending on your country and customs clearance).
Total Estimated Timeline:
- US Orders: Total of 5 to 13 business days from order placement to delivery.
- International Orders: Total of 10 to 31 business days from order placement to delivery.
3. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your package is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update with live scan information.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, MERCY MOTION is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your package. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information has not updated for more than 10 business days (US) or 20 business days (International), please contact us at mercy@mercymotion.com so we can investigate with the carrier.
